Guest Post: Top 3 Mobile Apps for Real Estate Agents

by Chris Adams on August 20, 2012

Open Home Pro ? A Must Have For Real Estate Agents (iPad) ($3.99)

This app is highly recommended for all realtors or may even get you to start thinking about investing in an iPad. Just to give you some context this app used to be priced at $0.99 in January 2011. By the $3.99 price tag you can tell it has had many updates and lots of success since then. There are two ways to use this service. One is to use the app to edit and create listings and the other is through a desktop website.

Creating a listing is very easy as all the field are straight forward. Once you finish entering all the typical property details you can add photos which is the fun part. You can drag them from your computer onto the webpage to upload multiple pictures or you can upload them from your iPad. Once they are uploaded you have a beautiful looking listing that has sharing options as well as your contact info on the listing so potential buyers can reach you easily. You can manage all your walk-ins and open house details on the fly.

It also features an automatic follow up with leads which makes managing leads very easy. You can also export any collected data to excel or a CRM which is amazing. There are certainly more features than this but you should stop reading this and go out and buy this app. It will help with your efficiency as a realtor and the user interface is beautiful. If you still have doubts on this app then I would suggest checking out video reviews on it. As a bonus I will include this video resource by a YouTube user on how to use Dropbox and Open Home Pro together.
